A design and build M&E contractor required specialized support for the Frankfurt Data Centre, involving 34 roof-mounted power distribution modules. The challenge was integrating a MV Switchroom, 4MVA transformer, dual 2 MW UPS systems, a battery room, and cooling systems into the design, with Calmor selected for our expertise in European data centre power distribution.
Calmor was tasked with equipment selection and creating a fully coordinated detailed design for installation, including an As-Built model. We led weekly design team meetings and provided ongoing support during the design approval process, acting as an extension of the client's design team to ensure quality and efficiency.
