Dungannon Credit Union embarked on a crucial refurbishment of their building, necessitating a meticulous design to maintain operations and avoid server downtime. With a project value of £900k, the union required a design team adept in construction sequencing for the dual-phase upgrade, emphasizing business continuity to circumvent significant penalties due to financial regulations.
Calmor was entrusted with the comprehensive M&E design for the refurbishment, with the primary challenge of ensuring zero operational downtime. Drawing on our hands-on experience, we orchestrated the project phases to ensure ongoing operations, aligning with the contractor's appointment. The design and construction phases spanned 3 and 12 months respectively.
