Ciaran Ward
With over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial projects, Ciaran is a seasoned Building Services Engineer. He began his career as a time-served electrician and worked his way up to a foreman role on several meat factory projects.
In his role as an engineer, Ciaran has been a part of some notable projects. He started as a project engineer and eventually became the electrical lead engineer for Tier 1 Pharma and Data Centre projects, as well as an EfW project in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Ciaran founded Calmor after recognizing a gap between the design and construction teams on projects that needed to be filled. He possesses knowledge in both these areas, which allows Calmor to implement the correct systems to establish and maintain a productive relationship between engineering design and construction teams.
Currently, Ciaran is responsible for leading the strategic direction and managing the engineering solutions provided by Calmor.

Matthew Conway
Having spent over 20 years in the industry, Matthew has progressed from an apprentice to a site-based construction management team member, working for some of the biggest contractors in the UK and Ireland. He has been involved in various industrial projects, including prestigious pharmaceutical and semi-conductor facilities.
Matthew's exceptional attention to detail has enabled him to understand the needs of both the contractors and the end-users at all stages of the construction project. His expertise in bridging the gap between design and construction has contributed significantly to the successful delivery of multiple blue-chip projects in the UK and Ireland.
