Our client, an already well established Design & Build M&E Contractor with turnover over £50m, were stretched with resources on their first major international project.

Our client wanted to work with us as we come ‘from the tools’ and always meet our deadlines.

Solution

Calmor were able to work with the Site Manager to quickly grasp the situation on site.

We then focussed on delivering the electrical design in line with the programme which opened up installation work-fronts on site and allowing our Client to hand over the project on time.
